In this role, you will have the opportunity to dive deep into the world of meat. You will undergo practical training where you will learn to:

• Prepare and season meat: Get to know how to best prepare and season meat to create optimal flavors.

• Grill different types of meat: Learn the secrets behind grilling everything from juicy steaks to tender chicken parts – all under the guidance of experienced professionals.

• Professionally cut meat: Master the technique of cutting meat correctly so that it looks appetizing and retains its juiciness.

• Serve and inform guests: Help replenish our meat buffet and share your newfound knowledge about meat quality and cooking methods with our guests – making their experience even more memorable.
